Cobalt Blends oils and Lux Vixen oils are unique, conceptual scents individually blended in glass bottles with reducer cap (dropper cap). The dropper portion of the cap is removable. Our perfumes are highly concentrated. A few drops on pulse points are all you need, because this is all perfume, with no additives. Ingredients: fragrance and organic jojoba oil. That's it! No fillers, no alcohol.Many of our perfume oils are unisex fragrances, depending on your personal preference. All of the fragrances on the Cobalt Men page can easily be worn by women, but some Lux Vixen perfumes are very feminine and possibly not as suitable for men. Your perfume oils will be hand blended, bottled, and shipped within approximately 7 to 10 business days after your payment is received. Oils are available in 6 ml bottles for $11 each. Cobalt Blends is PayPal verified. You do not need a PayPal account to order.
Shipping for orders under $75 is $5.75. Spend $75 or more and your shipping is FREE.
International customers: you will receive a separate invoice for shipping when your order is ready to ship.
Packages are shipped Priority with delivery confirmation. Delivery Confirmation verifies the exact date and time your package was delivered to the address you specified. Cobalt Blends cannot be held responsible for shipments after they leave our hands and are released to the postal service for delivery. This is why we use Delivery Confirmation: it's proof that your package was indeed delivered. You may purchase insurance for your parcel if you choose to do so.
We recommend giving perfume oils a couple of shakes before using. Many of our fragrances contain absolutes and resinous ingredients of various weight. Shaking will ensure the perfume stays well blended as it continues to cure in the bottle after it leaves our workshop.
We offer two free samples with each regular order. Remember to request up to two free samples in the Notes section of your order form. If a requested free sample is not available, we will substitute another one that we think you'll like.
A set of six sample vials is $18, and subject to availability. Limit one set of samples per order. If you are ordering samples only, domestic shipping is $3 and your order will be shipped in a padded envelope via standard mail with Delivery Confirmation. International shipping varies depending on your location. If you are ordering bottles in addition to your samples, the usual shipping rates and methods apply.

All of our oils are tested repeatedly on several human volunteers (never on animals). We purchase only the highest quality ingredients for use in our products. We use a combination of essential oils and fragrance oils and organic jojoba oil. If you have any allergies or known or suspected sensitivities to essential oils or fragrances which may affect what kinds of products you are able to use, always test the product using a minimal amount first, then proceed with caution. Some essential oils can be irritating to persons with sensitive skin. Allergies and sensitivities can develop at any stage of life, even if you've never had them in the past. Always proceed with caution and test any new product before using. If you have specific questions or concerns regarding ingredients, contact us before ordering.
